The KL26 is a historic sailing ship, a Schokker from 1882. The ship has been in use as a charter ship since 1975 and is fully equipped. There are 5 double cabins with heating and sink, two toilets and a galley with kitchen. A maximum of 10 people can stay overnight. A day trip can take a maximum of 12 people. The KL26 is ideally suited for an outing with colleagues, family or friends. The cabin is intimate where you can sit, drink and eat. You can prepare your own food in the compact kitchen. Everything is there for this; stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, pans, cutlery, etc. Catering is also possible.<\/p>\n

\nBuilt in 1882 as a seagoing vessel for the Corps of Torpedists, this shock vessel is robust and with high bulwarks. The Torpedists defended the Dutch coast from Brielle. KL stands for Klundert. Klundert is the residence of the fisherman who bought the ship in 1922 for 1800 guilders. From 1975 the KL26 has been in use as a charter ship. The current skipper, Karel Hoeksma bought the ship in 2010 and has enjoyed sailing with groups ever since. In addition, he spends every free hour in the maintenance of the ship. In this way, this historic ship remains well-preserved heritage and everyone can enjoy it.[\/fusion_text][fusion_separator style_type=”none” \nThe KL26 has Enkhuizen as home port and boarding point. Your sailing trip starts from here. From day trip, week and weekend trip to sailing holiday. In consultation we make a sailing plan, taking into account your wishes and the wind and weather forecast. The sailing area is the Dutch waters: IJsselmeer, Markermeer, Waddenzee and the Frisian canals and lakes. A nice day trip is for example to the Marker Wadden. With a length of 18 meters, the KL26 is also welcome in smaller ports such as Edam, Marken and Hindeloopen. You are invited to help with the sailing, but you can also just sit on board.
